The problem
People who rely on an e-bike for work, especially delivery riders, are left stranded when the bike breaks down on the street. They don’t know whether it can be fixed on the spot or needs a repair shop or a tow, and they lose time calling several people. In the event of an accident or theft, it is even worse.
The solution
An app that works as an SOS button. The rider selects what happened and the app points to the next step: fix it on the spot, find a repair shop or request a tow. At the end, it drafts the help message with the rider’s location.
It loads quickly even with a weak signal, works offline, installs on the phone and requires no sign-up.
